THE SELECTION PROCESS
For 70 years, we have been fortunate to work with a diverse variety of thought leaders in the beauty and fashion industry. These strong partnerships led us to develop our official Selection Committee—a powerhouse group of female leaders in the beauty and fashion industry known for their dedication to advancing women and advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Alongside our Selection Committee, we reviewed applications and selected 10 winners.

Ursula Stephen: Celebrity hairstylist and Unilever partner
Abrima Erwiah: Cofounder, Director of Studio One Eighty Nine and Faculty at Parsons School of Design
Rebecca Minkoff: Fashion Designer and Co-Founder of the Freedom Founder Collective
Leyna Bloom: Actress, Model, Activist and TRESemmé partner
Sandrine Charles: Founder, Owner of Sandrine Charles Consulting and Co-founder of the Black in Fashion Council
Esi Eggleston Bracey: EVP and COO Beauty and Personal Care at Unilever NA
