- MEET THE 2023 FUTURE STYLISTS
The Future Stylists Fund is an annual, by-application program that supports TRESemmé’s ongoing commitment to advocate for diverse representation and equitable treatment for hair professionals, and to help aspiring Black female hairstylists achieve their career ambitions.
Our expert Selection Committee picks 10 recipients of the Future Stylists Fund, and puts them on a path to advance their careers. Recipients are given $10,000 to help offset the cost of cosmetology school tuition, are provided industry exposure and career-advancing opportunities. Recipients also receive on-set experience, exposure through our brand channels and community, and mentorship and development resources from members of the TRESemmé family, including stylists like Lacy Redway, Nai'vasha and Justine Marjan.
FUNDING
An annual scholarship of $100,000 for aspiring black female stylists to help offset the cost of cosmetology school.
EXPERIENCE
Provide 10 recipients with industry exposure and career-advancing opportunities to foster meaningful career growth.
EXPOSURE
Exclusive exposure through the TRESemme brand channnels and community. In addition to mentorship and development.
